Richard is proof that we all have the capacity to achieve far more in life than our limiting mindsets and fear would have us believe.

Meet Richard
Dad, Optimist, Dream Chaser, Risk Taker, Bio-Hack Freak, Author, Founder of Inspiring Flight and One Lucky Break Foundation
Richard brings a unique perspective to living life, driven by a few crazy mottos and a unique mindset developed by turning so many tragedies into triumphs. First, he lives a life committed to “Dying on Empty”, not broke but exhausted from taking calculated risks, chasing unrealistic dreams with grace, gratitude, passion and purpose. Second, he strives to do “More with Less” than anyone ever thought possible.

After suffering a spinal cord injury (C-5 Quadriplegic) over 25 years ago and dying on the table a number of times, requiring a halo, ventilator, pacemaker and some drastic surgeries to survive, he now thrives and is driven to share his journey, inspire others to enjoy life, set and accomplish goals, overcome adversity and turn their tragedies into triumphs.

Today Richard is in his sixties, driven to be the healthiest, longest living and most productive quadriplegic to have ever lived. He encourages everyone he meets to achieve and maintain optimal physical health, develop a strong and powerful mind, live with a loving, kind and healed heart, and find spiritual awakening as they pursue their own version of Dying on Empty.
